Table Talk: Stewardship

This Week In Lightgliders:

Caring for the world around us!

To steward means to manage God's resources faithfully. He has put each of us in charge of different resources: our passions, talents, abilities, time, and treasure. These things do not belong to us. They belong to God. But He gives them to us to manage. Let's not waste what God has given us.

We can faithfully steward the gifts He has given us - wisdom, hospitality, service, encouragement - to love and serve the people and world around us! Talk to your Lightglider about different ways to do this. We can take out the trash without being asked. We can encourage a friend when they are feeling down. We can use what we are passionate about to bring glory to God.

God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.
